I’m a certified personal trainer with a background that blends rehabilitation, performance training, and athletic experience.
I started my career working in a physical therapy clinic, where I spent three years training clients with injuries and physical limitations. That experience built my foundation in proper movement, injury prevention, and helping people train safely while still making progress.
From there, I went on to play semi-professional basketball, where I had the opportunity to train alongside collegiate and professional athletes. Being in that environment pushed my understanding of high-level performance, strength, conditioning, and what it truly takes to compete.
That experience led me into sports-specific and injury prevention training for athletes. I’ve worked with athletes ranging from youth to the professional level—helping them move better, stay healthy, and perform at their best.
For the past four years, I’ve been coaching 1 on 1 clients and group fitness, combining strength training, conditioning, and accountability-driven coaching to help people of all fitness levels push past THEIR limits.
